The people from the reception were very helpful. The check-in was very quick. They gave us maps with the area, explained to us where the exchange units were, the ATM, the restaurants. We had 10% discount to the restaurant near the apartments. They explained to us where were the main attractions for children in Varna. - The pool was very nice, with plenty sunbeds, with pool toys for children. - Very close to the beach, beautiful view of the sea. - The apartment was big, looked like the pictures. - I appreciated that I complained in the evening about the shower curtain (it was a bit old and dirty) and the guy at front desk came in maximum 10 minutes with a new shower curtain.
